Friday: Pilates Mat Class @9:30 AM

Pilates Mat:

Group Instruction which builds upon the basic skills of the Core Basics class. This class is designed for the person who may have had some previous Pilates experience, and has no significant injuries or special considerations. This class progresses at a faster pace and it is assumed that participants can maintain a neutral pelvis in all relationships to gravity and has the ability to stabilize the shoulders while on hands and knees.

 

Wednesday: Pilates Mat Class @9:15 AM

Pilates Mat:

Group Instruction which builds upon the basic skills of the Core Basics class. This class is designed for the person who may have had some previous Pilates experience, and has no significant injuries or special considerations. Monday: Core Basics Mat Class @6:30 PM

Core Basics:

Group instruction in basic skills needed to ensure success and safety in a Pilates mat class. Fundamentals such as learning how to maintain pelvic and shoulder stability, flexibility and learning safe limits if one has been injured or has special considerations will be addressed.

 

Semi-private Equipment Sessions:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays — By appointment.
